   Chelsea boots originated from England in the year 1851. It was first made for Queen Victoria before by J. Sparkes-Hall and then, it was called 'paddock boots'
     Chelsea boots are close-fitting boots with high ankles and an elastic side panel. It also, has a loop at its back so that it can be pulled when worn.
